Positive: Great place to stay for a large group of people. Good location, close to grocery store, metro, bus stop. All necessary utensils in the kitchen. Check-in is easy and convenient.

Negative: The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable, even for sitting. If it were replaced with a new one, apart from the windows that don't open in some of the rooms, I wouldn't have any more complaints.

Summary: Good value for money, with shortcomings that can be easily fixed.
