Summary: Pool was closed during visit for first few days. Need to phone front desk and ask to turn sauna on, Need to call desk to get towels delivered in pool area. Expected complimentary daily coffee ingredients in room to make your own. You have to order front desk and pay extra for it Staff is super friendly and suites are great. Location is excellent
