Der liebevoll restaurierte Möderlhof liegt sehr ruhig, nahe dem Langbürgner See im Naturschutzgebiet Eggstätter-Hemhofer-Seenplatte. Zum Chiemsee sind es nur 3 km. Der Weiler Oberndorf gehört zum Gemeindegebiet Eggstätt und erhebt sich auf einem wunderschönen sanften Hügel mit Rundumsicht und Blick zu den nahen Chiemgauer Alpen. Ein idealer Ausgangsort für Freizeit und Erholung. Die Ferienwohnungen sind komfortabel eingerichtet und haben 2 Schlafzimmer, teilweise Balkon, Sat-TV.Die Wohnungen haben teilweise ungewöhnliche Zuschnitte, die der alten Bausubstanz geschuldet sind und ganz bewußt nicht "vermodernisiert" wurden. In unserer echten, Chiemgauer-Gäste-Stub'n können sie sich gerne aufhalten, mit den anderen Gästen reden und sich informieren. Wir halten dafür Bücher, Karten und Infomaterial bereit. Oder Sie genießen den großen Garten und die schöne Landschaft in unserm bezaubernden Weiler.
Die Wohnung "Kampenwand" ist wohl unsere "Urigste". Da sie im zweiten Stock liegt und schräge Decken hat und weil sie durch ihren charmanten Schnitt begeistert. Sie betreten die Wohnung und befinden sich gleich in der hellen und freundlichen Wohnküche. Eine moderne Küchenzeile, die farblich zu den Möbeln passt, bietet einen guten Küchenkomfort, mit Kühlschrank, Spüle, Herd/Backofen und ganz neu: eine neu: eine Spülmaschine, sowie der dazugehörigen Kochausstattung, wie Geschirr, Töpfe, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Besteck. An dem schönen Landhaustisch können sie ihre Mahlzeiten einnehmen oder auch ratschen. Im kleinen Wohnzimmerschrank steht der Fernseher, sowie ein CD-Radioplayer. Auf einem etwas erhöhten Podest stehen, direkt an der Türe zum Bauernbalkon, zwei kleine gemütliche Sofas. Ein helles Schlafzimmer mit einem modernen Doppelbett und zwei Nachtkasteln, sowie einem großen Schrank bietet ausreichen Platz. Ein Dachfenster direkt über dem Bett (Verdunkelungsrollo) eröffnet ihnen einen Blick in die Sterne. Das kleine Bad, ebenfalls mit einem Dachfenster, geht auch vom Wohnraum aus ab und hat neben einer Wanne, die auch eine Duschabtrennung hat, noch Waschbecken und WC. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ebenfalls einen eigenen Schrank und ein Dachfenster, das man abdunkeln kann. Das Einzelbett kann man ausziehen und man kann so dort eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit schaffen. Die Wohnung Kampenwand ist auch mit der notwendigen Bettwäsche und Handtüchern für sie ausgestattet.
