Summary: No internet in the room so it was agreed that we would have breakfast the next day as complimentary. The lady who was on reception on the morning of 28/12 as we were checking out had an awful unwelcoming and non friendly demeanour, and is the reason I will never return to this place along with the poor rating I have given. First she asked me to pay for breakfast so this obviously hadn’t been communicated. When I explained that we weee told it was complimentary she just said “I don’t care, I’ll just cancel it then”. Her frosty, unfriendly and unwelcoming manner are really quite alarming and would certainly not be someone I would want greeting customers! Dissapointed as some other things were good.
