Positive: The apartment was very clean. The internet connection was reliable and efficient.

Negative: The stay was uncomfortable. The check-in process was very complicated. We had to register on their personal app to get the keys. The check-in process, getting the keys, and entering the apartment took over an hour. It felt like we were trying to check into a secret location. We had a long and difficult trip and arrived late in the evening. Due to the complicated access, we were very annoyed and would not want to stay in these apartments in the future. When we finally checked in, we discovered that the kitchen lacked the most necessary and basic items: salt, sugar, tea bags, coffee, etc.
