Die Zweizimmerwohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von 45 qm und besteht aus einem Wohnbereich mit einem Essplatz und integrierter Kochzeile, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Dusche/WC und einer bestuhlten Terrasse. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist über den Haupteingang. Das Einzimmerappartement (41qm) hat einen eigenen Eingang und eine überdachte, bestuhlte Terrasse. Aufgeteilt ist es in den Eingangsbereich, in dem sich Einbauschränke und der Zugang zum Bad befinden. Dieser Bereich kann über eine Schiebetüre separiert werden. Im Wohnbereich befinden sich neben der Couchgarnitur komfortable Schrankbetten, die leicht eingefahren werden können und den Wohncomfort nicht beeinträchtigen. Der Einbauküche gegenüberliegend ist im Glaserker der Essplatz. Die Appartements sind über eine schallisolierte Doppeltüre getrennt, d.h. dass sie auch gemeinsam benutzt werden können.
