Positive: On the first day, the host was responsive and did remove the crib that we didn't ask for, replaced the hand wash soap, shampoo, towel was provided and the single beds were made up but it was inconvenient to point out the faults or missing things. On the second day, the host did not respond to my messages. I would not recommend the place.

Negative: The apartment door has a broken lock from outside so the room was open when we came in. The mattresses were awful, it sunk deep in the middle and was inconvenient to sleep. The double bed is very low and has a wooden frame on the outer edges so it is likely you bump your shin into it. The bathroom has a separate door to the outside which wasn't locked from inside when we checked in. There was a sign on all the windows 'do not open' so there was no fresh air. The room was not prepared as per our family setup: the room had a crib although we didn't have a baby rather a teenager. Couple of single beds were also not made - the host blamed it on the cleaning lady. We were 4 but only 3 towels were provided. The bathroom had an empty shower bottle (showed carelessness) and used hand wash soap (lack of hygiene). The washbasin in the bathroom has to be reused to clean dishes. The cups and plates were not clean (lack of hygiene). The center is about 1.5+ kms walk away. Lastly the host messaged one day before that the parking is no longer free and the parking garage (cost 7€ for 24 hrs) nearby must be used. This could have been communicated earlier.

Summary: Trap hole, AVOID!!!
