Summary: I had booked a triple room as shown in the photos on the hotel's website. However, the room offered was a double with an extra bed. Much smaller than the photo shown on the website. The room is so small that the bed was placed at the foot of the others, as there was no space to put it next to them. After two days of complaining at reception, I managed to get a slightly better room (345). Even so, the mattresses were deformed and the bathroom lacked privacy. While showering, everyone in the room could see through a glass wall. It is definitely not a 4-star hotel.
