Des Weiteren befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung. Das Wohnzimmer besitzt eine separate Essecke mit einer neuen Küche mit Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine.
