Wonderfully central and well suited for families with children our house is in law, also called the "village in the forest". On the large estate (70 acres) with its own pond and two paddocks you will find, as well as your horses and dogs, an ideal place to relax! The green surroundings are ideal for hiking, riding and cycling (also on the nearby Ravel). In addition, our area offers many other destinations that are easy to reach (right slate tunnels, beer museum, kart center, swimming pools, museums, etc. - also the race track of Spa-Francorchamps is only 15 km away!).
The renovated and very spacious house has on two floors of 4 comfortable bedrooms with ten beds, two new bathrooms (one of them adapted for the disabled!) and a new equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, combined refrigerator and various other electrical appliances). In the outdoor area is in the large, child-friendly garden, a "game house" with table tennis, table football, baskettball, darts and a trampoline. The in-house chicken coop not only provides fresh eggs every day, but also gives the children a special fun while collecting eggs in the straw.
The three south-facing terraces offer plenty of space for barbecues, bonfires, sunbathing and relaxing!
