Positive: We are return guests and will come again. This property is spacious, clean and beautiful. The beds and mattresses are new and comfortable (truly, we slept better than at home). The ability to let children run in a gated garden with a trampoline is ideal. The kitchen is well equipped, including with coffee, tea, some spices and a few treats from the host. It also has all the tools you need to use the BBQ, which we did, sitting under the beautiful covered outdoor dining area. The property is a two minute walk from a bakery, three minutes from a delicious ice cream shop, grocery store and seven minutes to a playground featuring a zip-line. The host is available to help with any needs, but also a professional - there is as much or as little contact as you need to make your trip ideal. Major attractions nearby include the UNESCO World Heritage Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, featuring trails, fountains, water displays, and castles. Kassel is a lovely city to explore with museums, parks and shopping. There are many picturesque villages near this vacation rental, as well as restaurants and hiking opportunities. My daughter had riding lessons at Friedrichstein nearby.
