Euer Ferienhaus Hermann ist das Lieblingsversteck im Grünen: liebevoll eingerichtet mit stilvollen Möbeln, randvollen Bücherregalen und jeder Menge Spielen für kleine und große Kindsköpfe. Hier gibt’s WLAN zum Verbundenbleiben, Sonos-Boxen für euren Soundtrack und in der Heizperiode knistert der Kaminofen und versorgt euch ganz nebenbei mit Wärme und heißem Wasser – sehr schlau, dieser Ofen.
Jede Wohnung hat eine eigene Küche mit allem, was ihr braucht, von Salz und Zucker bis Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und Co plus eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Toilette.
Ihr habt die Wahl:
-das gemütliche Tueddelkroms (25 m²) für 2–3 Personen
-die großzügige Vera im 1. OG (90 m²) für 4–8 Personen oder
-den entspannten Kliemkiker (45 m²) für 2–4 Personen
– oder ihr schnappt euch einfach das ganze Haus für die ganze Bande!
Das Draussen:
Auf euch wartet ein riesiger, wilder Garten ohne Zaun: Schaukel und Wippe, Hängematten, Tischtennisplatte, Buddelkasten. Und viel Platz um rumzurennen oder umherzuwandeln - um Buchen oder Kräuterbeete. Beim größten Lagerfeuer- und Grillplatz kommen alle zusammen, um zu futtern bis das Rost leer ist und der Bauch rund! Danach einfach in die Hängematten plumpsen lassen und Lesen, Träumen, in die Sonne blinzeln -oder nachts bei Gitarrenmusik ins Feuer starren.
Ein Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl bekommt ihr auf Anfrage und eure Fellnasen sind herzlich willkommen (gegen eine einmalige Gebühr)

Das Gutshaus Schmacht aus dem 18. Jahrhundert leiht der Ortschaft seinen Namen. Der Weiler Schmacht besteht aus 5 Häusern und ist von Wäldern und Feldern umgeben. Die traumhafte Alleinlage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schmachter See, Binz und der Binzer Bucht ist einzigartig und lädt zu Spaziergängen, Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren ein. Zum Binzer Strand sind es 4 km, also ca. 1 Stunde zu Fuß oder 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Karls Erlebnis-Dorf - Zirkow, eine Wasserskianlage, ein Pferdetheater und mehrere Reitanlagen.
