Summary: I prefer a firm mattress but this king bed was a rock. Staff added a padding upon request but it did little to make it more comfortable. The room was also too hot and difficult to cool (end of January!). Worst hotel sleeps in a long time. Otherwise, great location. Friendly staff and large room for Europe.
