Unser Haus liegt sehr ruhig auf einem Bergrücken zwischen Mauth und Finsterau. Das Haus mit der Nummer 13 ist eines der ersten Gebäude in Zwölfhäuser, urkundlich erwähnt wurde das Anwesen 1699. Die 5 Sterne Ferienwohnung wurde liebevoll renoviert und auf den aktuellen Stand gebracht. Sie befindet sich im Obergeschoß, hat drei Schlafräume (zwei Doppelzimmer - ein Zweibettzimmer), eine vollausgestattete Wohnküche mit großer Essecke und SAT-TV, ein extra Kaminzimmer mit Leseecke und SAT-TV, eine Dusche, zwei WCs und Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Von unserem Garten aus haben Sie Aussicht auf den Lusen bzw. die umliegenden Bayerwaldberge. Im Sommer Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren ab Haus möglich. Im Winter ist der Loipeneinstieg in unmittelbarer Nähe.
