Positive: We stayed at HØV with two families — four adults and two kids — and the place worked wonderfully for everyone. Set on a farm with open meadow views, the location feels genuinely peaceful and off the beaten path, yet navigation was effortless and the lockbox check-in made arrival completely stress-free. The house itself is cosy, warm, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell real care went into the details — quality cookware, Fatboy pieces, and everything you'd actually need for a comfortable stay. The large terrace became our favourite spot: breakfasts in the morning sun, dinners in the evening with a glass of wine, and a Marshall speaker setting just the right atmosphere. We were lucky with mixed weather — sunny days and a few rainy spells — and honestly both added to the mood in their own way. The sunset views over the fields were something else. Location is ideal for the area: Füssen and Neuschwanstein are just a short drive away, making it a great base for exploring the Allgäu. Parking on-site is a nice practical bonus. Clean, comfortable, charming — we'd happily come back if we find ourselves in this part of Bavaria again.

Negative: The only minor hiccup during our stay was running low on toilet paper and dishwasher pods — a small restocking oversight, but worth mentioning for future guests.
