In the middle of the room there is a curtain, so that you can create your own privacy if you wish.
One of the three bedrooms can also be used as a living area with an integrated Smart TV.
The bathroom consists of a large shower, toilet, large vanity with drawers and hairdryer. There is plenty of storage space and a towel color for each of the six people.
There is a nice balcony with a bench, table and chairs.

In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, grocery store (Aldi, REWE) and a hairdresser.
Parking spaces and also a bus stop are in front of the house. The city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
