Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was easy to find and the key was to be collected next door. The view from the living room was nice and different ski-areas were close. The premises was clean.

Negative: 1. When arriving at 16.00h the cleaning of the premises was still ongoing. Not a problem in itself as the weather was nice. However, this was a little awkward as we contacted earlier the day to see if an earlier arrival was possible and the answer was rather direct and short 'No, four o'clock'. 2. We also missed an introduction of the premises by the 'host / key holder'. This let to several questions on the way about where to find what. 3. One of the bathrooms was, after use, totally wet and a drying tool for the floor was missing. A call to one of the host didn't lead to a response. 4. One of the cupboard doors came loose around our stay.

Summary: A nice location but service and support on location has room for improvement!
