Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The gentleman, at the front desk, took us to our room. He also gave us bus & tram tickets for Salzburg. There is a bus station just outside & across the street from the hotel. The buses run frequently, Had some difficulty adjusting the heat in our room. The front desk staff resolved the problem quickly.

Negative: The hotel is not exactly close to the city center. There is not a lot of action or entertainment nearby, Just a nice place to stay. The bus stop is right outside the door from the hotel. The buses run frequently. It gets cold waiting on a bus. Breakfast is average.
