Summary: Staff was fantastic! After we checked out and were waiting to board our flight home, we realized we left items in the room safe. We called the hotel and they checked and retrieved our items and put them aside. Friends of ours that live in Munich picked them up, everything was accounted for. Can’t say enough about the hotel and the location!
