Positive: Beautiful new apartment, lift, parking space, location, washing machine, quiet, close to massive supermarket, bakery, and takeaways. We very luckily bumped into one of the staff when we were parking. She helped us access the building and helped with a phone call to the people who were supposed to send a code to access the apartment. The apartment is great, a lot of silly technology to gain access. We had booked and paid, why is it so difficult to get in! There is a dedicated parking space but we only found it via our staff member, who was awesome.

Negative: Poor access instructions, I told the woman my name, she wanted booking numbers, I'm not sat at a computer screen! Why not send apartment access code when I have booked and paid. No staff on site, good luck with any access issues!

Summary: Exceptional apartment, good luck getting in!
