Positive: Really nice apartment and a very nice host. Bathroom was especially nice

Negative: Parking was tricky. There's a reserved spot for guests, but it was a bit blocked by two other parked cars in our case, which made it difficult to get in and out. The street in the courtyard is very narrow. We also didn't understand where the parking spot was at first. Basically, it's in front of the garages immediately after the first turn after entering the courtyard (there are two parking spots on your left, and it's the left one). Sending your guests a picture would help here! Walk to the Palladium is OK distance-wise, but didn't feel super comfortable walking there alone at night. Felt a bit "wrong side of the tracks" (literally)
