Positive: An apartment with its own charm. High ceilings, chandeliers, huge beds. Private patio. On the other hand, everything is quite tired, the furniture is shabby, the dryer in the washing machine does not work. There are traces of mold under the sink.

Negative: One of the bedrooms is located between the living room and the second bedroom, has no windows and is separated from the second bedroom only by a curtain. I would say that this apartment is on the fan. If you like antiquity and charm - this is yours, if you prefer new repairs and more functionality - then it is better to look at something else
