Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem großen Wohn- und Essraum und einer offenen Küche mit Kochinsel der Firma Bulthaup mit voller Ausstattung. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die 3 Schlafzimmer für insgesamt 6 Personen und ein Badezimmer. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich die Sauna mit Blick auf den Großen Arber, die walk-in Dusche die Badewanne und ein weiteres WC. Außerdem bietet das oberste Geschoss genügend Platz zum Entspannen und Genießen der Aussicht. Beim Bau des Hauses haben wir auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe, eine hohe Energieeffizienz sowie eine moderne und hochwertige Ausstattung großen Wert gelegt.
