Our modern apartments are located in a 2 unit house (built in 2006) in Dürrnhaar about 10 km from the southeastern outskirts of Munich. The S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Internet access is available. Parking spaces are available in front of the house. Towels, bed linen, internet access, utilities and final cleaning are included in the rent. Bringing pets is not allowed. These are non-smoking apartments.
Apartment A is in the basement of our house and has a bright and friendly living-dining-kitchen area, bathroom (toilet / shower / bath) and 1 bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed (160cm wide). The living area has 3 single sofa beds (each 80cm wide).
All our apartments are in accordance with local legal requirements for short term rentals.

Summary: Great spot, incredibly friendly hosts. Only gripe is the S-Bahn that runs to and from Dürrnhaar out of Munich constantly gets cancelled. Be mindful of that when making your plans. We eventually just operated as though every other train would be cancelled and that ended up being about true (in addition to the particular stop already being skipped once of every 3 times).That said, that doesn’t take away from what was a very pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood. Make sure to grab dinner in Aying at Ayinger Brewery when you stay here!
