The apartment is in a new house (2015). The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare breakfast and small dishes.

Summary: Giving the apartment a full 5 star rating. Stayed here for a short break to see Munich. Very clean, modern and practical apartment which suited our needs perfectly. Excellent communication with Rupert & Yuliya before the and throughout. They really are fantastic hosts.A short walk (6-7mins) takes you to the S-bahn and links to Munich and everything the beautiful city has to offer, and a short drive to the small town of Aying for a brilliant place to eat and drink - huge portions!! We rented a car and the apartment is an easy 30mins drive from the airport.Would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again soon.
