It is divided into a large living room with adjoining fully equipped large kitchen, the conservatory, 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds, a small hallway, shower room with toilet and storage room and the new conservatory.
The house is furnished to a high standard and has a large living room with adjoining fully equipped, large fitted kitchen, which has everything you need for your household. Dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee machine, coffee pad machine, blender, waffle iron, sufficient pots and pans etc crockery for at least 12 people. Crockery for at least 12 people. 1 SAT-TV is in the living room. DVD, radio for CD and cassettes for entertainment. A 2nd SAT-TV in the conservatory. As well as a shelf with many books and some board games. In the kitchen there is an extendable table with up to 6 chairs. There are also 2 bedrooms for up to 6 people. One bedroom has a double bed and the other is furnished with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. A high chair, travel cot with blanket and pillow are available for the very youngest guests (please bring your own bed linen). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. Next to the front door is a storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing board and iron are available. Fly screens on the patio door, laminate flooring in the bedrooms, all other floors are tiled. A table, 6 garden chairs with cushions, 2 sun loungers and a beach chair are available for the garden. There are shutters on the bedroom windows.
The holiday village has a 50,000 square metre swimming lake. Playground, tennis court for a fee, volleyball court, football pitch, bicycle hire and a cosy little restaurant. It is about 150 metres from house J 4 to the dyke and about 250 metres to the bathing lake. The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry pier and starting point for guided mudflat walks with Matthias Schulz is about 700 metres away.
A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house free of charge.
