The apartment is located in the heart of Graz, on a cross street from Herrengasse. It is 2 minutes from Jakominiplatz, 5 minutes from the main square. Two blocks away is a "Spar" supermarket, which is only open every Sunday until 9 p.m. Cafés, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies etc. are also in the immediate vicinity. Graz University can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. Our guests are university professors, visitors to congresses, artists (Graz Opera, Palazzo), AVL and Magna international staff.
