Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Big rooms, everything was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well equipped with utensils, they offered a welcome drink, the location was superb for the price we paid, check-in process was quick and to the point.

Negative: After an argument of 3min that the children had between themselves at 21:15 they threatened to kick us out of the apartments and were rude from that point on. I think that the apartments accommodate people coming to Europa-Park and Rulantica mostly, so I don’t understand how you expect people to come from the parks and be completely quiet and whisper at 21:00. Also the fact that they had to “tolerate” us only after 21:00, as we already departed for the parks very early in the morning every day, and couldn’t do that respectfully gets them a rating of 7.

Summary: An amazing place with not so amazing staff.
