Summary: The location was fantastic for Christmas markets. The check in lady was extraordinarily friendly and kind. The only issues we experienced were the tiny doorways and tight everything. Watch your head, I nailed mine several times at 6’3” tall. The building is a trillion years old, so you can’t have it all. The door to our room 20 never shut automatically which provided unnecessary stress of “is my room locked?” The bed had a massive hill type lump in between where two people sleep, preventing any comfortable cuddling. Otherwise a good experience. Tiny elevator! Salzburg is a must visit.
