This house will delight you and your family! Here you can really "switch off"! In a quiet secluded location, with stunning views to the Arber and on 3 acres of land, is our spacious, renovated and very comfortably furnished farmhouse "Haus Rudi".
With a floor space of approximately 150sqm on two floors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a large farmhouse, in which the tiled stove brings a cozy warmth, it offers enough space for a large or two small families (two double beds, two single beds and two Ausklappsofas). And if you need more space, we have, for a small extra charge, the neighboring house for you, where another 4 beds are (basic equipment, no kitchen, bath with Kalem water) and a foosball table.
The house is very well equipped (stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, dishes). There is no TV, but far-sightedness. Around the house is meadow (with cows in the summer) and our own forest - therefore also ideal for small children who can let off steam here (no street).
In the immediate vicinity are many hiking trails and deer / deer enclosure; By car, within 30-40 minutes almost all tourist attractions of the Bavarian Forest can be reached (eg. the Arber, St. Engelmar, Bavarian Eisenstein, Zwiesel, etc.). Therefore, the house offers many uses in both summer and winter, and yet it is the ideal place to rest. The nearest shops are about 5 km away (Ruhmannsfelden), as well as the nearest train station (Gotteszell).
