Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very polite staff with fast responses to any request. The heating worked well, which was a big plus.

Negative: The hotel was not very close to the city center. The room had good potential in terms of design, but it felt a bit dirty, especially the floor. The lighting in the room was very low and dark, to the point of being uncomfortable. The sink was also leaking.

Summary: Friendly staff, but the room needs improvement
