Summary: Location of apartment was excellent for viewing central Brussels and sights. The location is quiet, no disturbed nights. Metro close by.We heard nothing from the host not even at booking despite messaging on VRBO a week before our trip and had to use VRBO to make contact. We requested information about access but didn't receive this until we were actually at the door. Coming from the UK this was disconcerting as sometimes our mobiles do not work or pick up a local network. The keypad requires an electricity supply for entry and the power went down in the block during our stay so this was also unsettling.Be sure to be travelling with a good friend as there is only a curtain on the bathroom "door".Having said all this the apartment worked well for our stay.
