Summary: The staff is what shines here. Outstanding service and a warm welcome for my traveling cat. We stayed 6 nights..the service was impeccable. The food was very good at the onsite restaurants and I enjoyed the spa and the rooftop bar. The only drawback is that the rooms are in need of an update. Old electrical, outdated heating/aircon, not so comfortable bed, no smart t.v.’s (really????) etc.. The room itself feels more like Marriott, not Ritz..especially for what I was expecting in such an international, high class city. The staff is five star all the way… imagine what it would be like if Marriott updated the rooms. I would love to stay again due to the fantastic service, however, the room quality is lacking - so, until they start remodeling..I will try another hotel in Vienna next time.
