Cycling and walking trails as well as hiking and mountain tours can be started directly from the house, to Lake Chiemsee with steamer dock you have by ship connection to the Fraueninsel and Herreninsel, but it can also be booked Chiemsee tours around the entire lake. Furthermore, you can reach in a few minutes the town center with various shops, cafes, pharmacy and medical center, family indoor swimming pool "BernaMare" with sauna world, in the beautiful quiet park the Kneipp facility and the mini golf course, the climbing gym, tennis and squash facility with gastronomy.
