Vacation home Les is located in the hamlet of Erpigny. This typical Ardennes farmhouse has been recently renovated with a luxurious interior. You stay 15 km from La Roche, with its medieval castle ruins and the haunting ghost of Berthe, and from Durbuy, the smallest town in the world, where every weekend there is something going on, such as Christmas markets, a big celebration of Valentine's Day, flea markets and a chocolate festival. Erpigny is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking. You will find an abundance of cycling and hiking trails and many places of interest. Within 5 km you can visit a traditional chocolaterie or take a ride on an original Ardennes streetcar through the forest. The house is beautifully furnished and has a large dining room with open kitchen, as well as a bar with pool table, foosball and other games. The cozy lounge invites you to socialize. On the mezzanine above the living room is a reading corner, where you can also retire once in a while in peace. The smaller rooms and bathrooms are on the second floor. On the second floor is a dormitory where you can admire the half-timbered oak beams. In the former bakehouse there is a sauna. The huge fenced garden offers a south terrace and a large play area. This house is mainly intended for families. However, other groups can be accepted with the owner's consent and with a possible increase in the deposit. Groups of people under 30 years old are generally not allowed.
