Positive: Excellent location on the Sudsteirische WeinStrasse with excellent views Good parking Pleasant reception and greeting Nice modern room with large bright bathroom Closet, couch, desk and nightstands Good linens Mini fridge with water; juice and wines available for reasonable purchase Breakfast is a good varied buffet in a pleasant room The late October colours of the vineyards and surrounding areas are stunning! From the room balcony we could watch the sunrise over the vineyards in the valley.

Negative: Many stairs to walk up from parking to the room with luggage The 22m double room is very nice but is missing a window by the bed and the balcony is small, next time we will take the biggest room! The restaurant/wine patio is directly below the room balconies which could get noisy and smoky; fortunately not a problem in late October with a 5pm sunset.
