Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is near metro station & grocery store & rooms are quiet. Garage is quite narrow & tight so the smaller your rental vehicle the better.

Negative: Needs new minisplit (HVAC) remotes as the existing ones very hard to read. I own a minisplit & it took me 15 minutes to get both upstairs bedroom minisplits operating in cooling mode. An on-site FAQ document or notebook with instructions how to configure the minisplits (close bedroom doors for max cooling, leave doors ajar during day to help cool downstairs. Supply English version of washer/dryer operating panels. The FAQ document should highlight that the east facing bedroom does indeed have an exterior shutter remotely controlled but the remote needs to be placed very visible on the wall. The white shutter remote being set on the white radiator made it hidden in plain site.

Summary: Nice value & location. Washer, dryer, & elevator appreciated. Tight garage. New HVAC remotes needed
