House Martina is located in a charming sunny area in the municipality of Selva di Val Gardena, yet just a short walk from the center of Santa Cristina in Val Gardena.
Its proximity to the center of Santa Cristina and to the ski slopes of Plan da Tieja makes the location particularly advantageous for any activity. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, buses, etc are all about 400 meters from the house.
In winter, the location is ideal. The ski slope and the Plan da Tieja ski lift, which includes a the children slopes, are approximately 100 meters from the house. For departures, the free ski bus stops just over 100 meters from the house and can take you to both the Col Raiser cable car and the Sochers one, both part of the Dolomiti Superski, connecting you to the legendary Sellaronda. For the return journey, you can ski right down to the Plan da Tieja slope, approximately 100 meters from the house.
Also at Plan da Tieja, you will find the nearest ski rental and ski school.
In the summer, the first hiking trails start right behind the house. You can reach the Col Raiser cable car in 10 minutes on foot (or during peak months, you can also use the free bus that stops just over 100 meters from the house).
You can also enjoy the alpine sun while admiring the majestic Dolomites from the magnificent communal garden of House Martina.
