Best location & alpine style! In winter, it's a 7-minute walk to Jakobshorn, a 5-minute bus ride to Parsenn Ski Resort and a 2-minute walk to the cross-country ski trail! In summer you can be on the hiking and mountain bike trails in no time and it's just 3 minutes to the main mile!
This 3.5 rooms flat is ideal for 5 people. The interior is rustic and exclusive and should you ever need to work, the home network offers best internet via LAN & WLAN.
The accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room, a kitchen and a (steam) bathroom incl. WC, all on the lower ground floor. The flat has very large windows, is bright and flooded with light and no expense was spared in the interior design and furnishings.
The ambience is rustic Alpine and a lot of high-quality solid wood was used. The furniture is all unique: the double bed and the bunk bed were made by a Davos carpenter from antique wooden beams from an old Graubünden barn. All the furniture in the entire living and dining area are antique Graubünden rarities and some of them are 200 years old and older (e.g a Davos tray table, Graubünden chests, farmhouse cupboards etc...). The 65'' TV offers Swisscom TV (included) and Netflix (you have to log into your account).
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge from Miele. Crockery, cutlery, pots, etc... are of course also included.
The internet connection meets the highest standards, as a home network has been specially set up according to company standards. This means that there is a LAN (cable) connection in every room and throughout the accommodation, the WLAN always shows the full number of bars on the display.
In the bathroom, you will find a steam shower with a cold waterfall, which invites you to relax and can even massage you with several jets.
In summer, you can use the communal garden, which is equipped with a great children's playground.
There is one underground parking space belonging to this accommodation and there are also guest parking spaces directly in front of the apartment.
