The apartment is in a refurbished stylish mansion.
The apartment was completely refurnished in 2017 and furnished with great attention to detail. From the living area you get directly to the furnished balcony.
In the immediate vicinity is an 18-hole golf course, a marina and a beach chair rental. The adjacent nature reserve is ideal for walks on the beach.
The accommodation:
A large box spring bed awaits you in the bedroom. Two more guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A travel bed measuring 0.9 mx 1.9 m is also available as a single bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove / oven, dishwasher, a refrigerator with a three-star freezer compartment and much more. fitted.
In 2021 we equipped the windows including the balcony door with insect protection.
A new stove with ceramic hob and multi-oven was also installed in the kitchen.
In the communal garden of the manor house there is a fireplace grill that can be used by all holiday guests of the house. You will find your own grill grate for this directly in your accommodation.
On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday a small van with freshly baked goods stops near the manor house between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. The baker announces himself acoustically.
In addition to a filter coffee machine, our guests also have a Tassimo machine from Bosch at their disposal.
The price includes bed linen for each guest and guest service!
Your small to medium-sized dog can accompany you on holiday for a fee of € 5.00 per day.

Hygiene is very important to us, especially during this time, and we attach great importance to cleanliness. A cleaning company is commissioned by us to thoroughly clean the apartment by trained staff after each stay. For this reason, the kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher. On the one hand, you have more time to enjoy your vacation and, on the other hand, the dishes are optimally cleaned at a high temperature.
Arrival and departure are not possible on Sundays. In the high season from the beginning of July to the end of August, the minimum stay is 5 nights. It would be nice if you could plan your arrival on a Saturday.

The apartment is on the border of a nature reserve and bird sanctuary with one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Mecklenburg Western Pomerania. Here you can really relax and take long walks along the coast. An 18-hole golf course is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. A relaxing round of golf can be played here with a view of the Baltic Sea.
You can get the apartment key at Guthaus Manderow, only a few minutes away from our manor house.
During your stay, the property management team is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems. Of course, we are always available for our guests.
