The vacation apartment Haus Blumenwiese is located in the Weg district of the municipality of Todtmoos at an altitude of 930 meters above sea level in the south of the Upper Black Forest at the source of the small river Wehra. Todtmoos is a climatic health resort with very clean air and many hours of sunshine. From May, a beautiful flower meadow with many daisies and even orchids blooms around the house. Squirrels play in the hedges and fir trees and a wide variety of birds can be observed.
About the accommodation
The vacation apartment is a granny apartment in a detached house with a separate entrance. It comprises a spacious living room, a kitchen with a cozy dining room, a small bedroom and a beautiful, functional bathroom with underfloor heating. The total living space is 50 m2. A seating area and two sun loungers invite you to linger on the covered terrace.
Your landlady is Lucia Hinz. I have chosen this place as my retirement home and live in the house myself. I like hiking and riding my motorcycle. I am therefore happy to give my guests hiking suggestions or tips for motorcycle tours if required.

Please treat the furnishings with care and attention. This will ensure that the next guests also feel comfortable in the vacation apartment. If there is any damage to the furnishings, please inform the landlord. Inform them of the damage on departure at the latest. Kitchen
Please wash dishes, cutlery, pots and pans before you leave. I.e. leave the kitchen as you would like to find it on your next visit.
Bathroom
Air out the bathroom after showering.
Please do not dispose of leftover food or other objects in the toilet, shower or sink (due to the risk of blockages). Use the waste bin provided instead.
Non-smoking apartment
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Non-compliance will result in an additional cleaning charge of EUR 200. Please smoke outside on the terrace.
Duty of care
Please close all windows and doors before leaving the apartment. The landlord accepts no liability for burglary or theft.
Please also check that all lights, stove, oven and iron are switched off.
Valuables
The landlord is not liable for valuables and wardrobe.
Keys
The guest receives at least one key. The loss of a key requires the replacement of the door lock. The costs for this shall be borne by the person responsible.
