The ski path to the Hauser Kaibling 8-seater gondola lift is only 100 m away, so nothing stands in the way of unlimited fun on the slopes in winter.
In summer we are also your ideal starting point for hiking and mountain tours on the Hauser Kaibling (10-minute walk to the Schladminger Tauern cable car).
When designing our apartment, we paid great attention to harmony. Our 90 m² apartment can accommodate 2 to 6 people. It has 3 separate bedrooms (each with a flat screen TV) and a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area.
Our absolute highlight: bathroom with panoramic shower and view of the Dachstein massif. Separate toilet.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels are included in the room price.

Just a few meters from the town center, you can reach numerous restaurants and inns, the local bakery and local sports shops from our apartment. The supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.
There is also a variety of leisure activities. In winter we recommend the artificial ice rink on the Schlossplatz. In summer there is a pit-pat facility - fun for the whole family. The indoor adventure pool is also within walking distance. For families with small children, we recommend the spacious children's playground in the immediate vicinity of our apartment (approx. 2 minutes on foot).
The most beautiful slopes on Hauser Kaibling can be reached via the ski path from Haus to the valley station of the 8-seater gondola lift (100 m from the house). After skiing, the same ski path leads back to our house. Nothing stands in the way of an unforgettable day of skiing in the Schladming 4-mountain ski area. We also offer alternatives to alpine winter sports: winter hiking, curling, sleigh rides or tobogganing (Hochwurzen or Galsterbergalm). We can warmly recommend the Nordic center Ramsau am Dachstein to all cross-country skiers - this is only about 15 minutes away from our house.
Nestled between the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein massif, the apartment is apart. HAUS in summer is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours with refreshments in rustic mountain pastures and mountain huts. There is plenty of fun and variety in the outdoor pools and swimming lakes, leisure facilities, museums and excursion destinations throughout the region.
As you can see, on summer vacation in the most beautiful flower village in Europe - Haus im Ennstal - there is no boredom.
