The apartment is beautifully decorated and features a lovely garden/terrace. Along the entire back of the house (facing south!) runs a large sunny balcony with a seating area. The cable car to the SkiWelt ski area is a few minutes' drive away. The ski bus stops practically in front of the door
The Tanzer descent (1c) ends a few dozen metres opposite the flat. Brixen is centrally located in the large Skiwelt with connections to Westendorf,Ellmau Scheffau, Going, Hopfgarten and Itter.
