The large dining table in the open kitchen or the sofa in the living room invite you to linger afterwards with a glass of wine and good conversation. . The 170m2 flat is located on the ground floor. The flat is located at the Curtin Sot fountain in the well-preserved historic village centre; shopping facilities are within 3 minutes walking distance. The (ski) bus stop is at the Plaz, about 200m from the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the valley station of the mountain railways as well as the railway station Scuol-Tarasp. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. The flat is ideally located for children. Nearby you will find a great, well-equipped children's playground with various swings, a sandpit and a zip line. In summer, locals and guests meet on the large artificial turf field for a game of football, or for beach volleyball on the specially designed sand field. A pipe is available for roller board fans. In winter, the football pitch is transformed into a natural ice rink with access to skate hire. These sports facilities are only a 2-minute walk from the flat.
In summer and winter, the surrounding area invites you to take small and large walks and hikes in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which begins right outside the front door.
