Our family business is pleased to announce the new addition of a holiday home, in the heart of our picturesque wine village of Pomerania. A beautiful cottage, newly renovated and furnished in 2022 for up to four people. Small, regional pleasure surprises are waiting for you in this house. In the furnishing we have put a lot of emphasis on high quality equipment and a cozy atmosphere. Our cottage is perfectly suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children.
Besides the Little Vineyard Cottage, the properties Mosel Chalets and LUX Ferienwohnung Maurer also belong to our small family business. We are looking forward to you and your visit. No matter what time of year - a Winery Vacation at the Mosel are is always a good idea!
There are six words why you should take a pleasure vacation in Pomerania: WINE, SUN, WATER, HIKING, CYCLING, CULTURE! In Pomerania and the surrounding area you will find just about everything you need for your vacation. Only 9 km away from the turbulent tourist magnet Cochem, you will enjoy staying in our vacation homes on the outskirts of the village, right next to the vineyards. If you want it turbulent, just take the train, the station Pommern is 150m away. In no time you are in Cochem and can reach any other Moselle village - without a car. Of course you can also take your bicycles with you on the train. HISTORY Pommern is one of the oldest wine villages on the Moselle. Historical excavations prove a settlement by the Celts already more than 2000 years ago. The Romans cultivated viticulture and grew tropical fruits. The wine village Pomerania got its name from them: POMARIA - the fruit garden. Even today, viticulture characterizes the village. When visiting Pomerania, you should take the opportunity to stop at the winegrowers and taste their wines and sparkling wines. The legendary Nürburgring or the historic city of Trier are also not far away. The nearest supermarket, bakery and stores are 3 km away. On the other hand, Pommern has a wonderful patisserie and an excellent restaurant. A world champion distillery is located in the neighboring village. Please note that there is no outdoor area like a garden or terrace in this cottage.
