The living room is composed of the TV area, with a sofa and armchair, and the dining area is furnished with a small kitchen, equipped with everything you need, a sideboard and a table for 4 people. Ideal for families, it gives everyone their privacy with the 3 bedrooms, one double and two singles, and the two bathrooms, both complete, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. In the building, there is a communal laundry room (usable with CHF currency) and a room to store skis, snowboards and bikes.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

The apartment is perfect for those who ski and for those who practice different sports such as trekking, mountain biking and windsurfing. The ski lift to the Corvatsch is only 7 km away, and a free shuttle bus leaves every 20 minutes from the Arlas hotel (50 m from the house). The Corvatsch has 120 km of slopes and 23 descents. Furthermore, there are about 200 km of cross-country skiing trails around Silvaplana. At only 1 km there is Lake Silvaplana, where the Maloggia wind blows constantly and windsurfing and kitesurfing are very popular. Here you will find several shops that can rent surf equipment.

By car from Liechtenstein (Vaduz): Take the A13 (50 km), then the Strada 3 (57 km). About 120 km.
