Positive: Really liked the authentic, Austrian house with fully equiped kitchen, good working sauna and place to store the ski's and snowboard. The hosts were friendly and after a little bit of confusion about the cleaning costs, this was handled properly and there was no problem. Would definetely come back next year! Also very important, there are some very cute cats surrounding the house which was a big plus!

Negative: The booking process and communication is not directly via the hosts, but via an external organisation (which is not mentioned on Booking.com) which made the process unnecessary complicated.
