Positive: Many positive things: the receptionist gave us a very warm welcome, we received free tickets for the Thermal Bath of Charmey, free parking in the property, a welcome package with 2 mineral water bottles and 2 chocolates, kettle, coffee, tea and sugar. The room was sparkling new and the location is quiet. This hotel is highly recommended.

Negative: Absolutely nothing.
