Positive: Breakfast was good it included double cream with meringue, which was awesome.

Negative: Being in Gruyère region, I would have preferred a more old looking building. The hotel looked like a Motel on the outside. The stairs/corridors also didn't look very good. The room was nice inside though. This was a suprise given the room price (quite high, but ok it's Switzerland). It included entrance to a spa, but that was 25 minutes drive away so we didn't have time to go.
