Immerse yourself in the world of HAFEN27LIST, House No. 9, specially designed for your dream vacation. This exclusive holiday home, with approximately 223 sqm of living space, in direct proximity to the tidal flats and breathtaking water views, invites you to spend your most cherished moments of the year in List on Sylt with up to eight people.
From the entrance area with a cloakroom, step into the open living-dining area. The custom-made kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with its comprehensive amenities, including an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, glass wine climate cabinet, and a filter and Nespresso coffee machine. The individually crafted wooden table, combined with designer chairs, invites you to cozy gatherings.
Enjoy quiet or entertaining moments in the sofa lounge area, glass gas fireplace, and views of the dune landscape. Your living room opens onto a private Bangkirai terrace with designer furniture. The terrace borders directly on a protected dune area with roses – a place where two- and four-legged friends are unfortunately not allowed, but where you can fully enjoy the view and the ambiance.
Experience pure luxury in our four exquisite bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds and four en-suite bathrooms with premium showers. Two of these bedrooms also offer a charming view of the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Each bedroom is equipped with custom-made built-in wardrobes, a hotel safe, and a TV. The top-level bedroom features a loggia with cozy seating and water views.
The sauna with a relaxation sofa, a shower, and a separate toilet are also located on this upper level. Another loggia with seating for two residents is adjacent to this area.
The thoughtful interior design allows you to live in harmony with nature on the partially loft-like levels. Specially selected textiles make it possible to make the TV sets invisible at your discretion. Tastefully placed built-in wardrobes and interior details extend throughout the entire house, promising our guests an extremely pleasant stay.
In the underground garage (entrance height max. 2.05 m), two parking spaces and space for your bicycles are at your disposal. From the underground garage, you enter your holiday domicile directly through the second entrance into the dune level. A separate toilet for your guests is also located on this level. Your comfort is further enhanced by a private washing machine and dryer. From here, the fully transparent elevator takes you directly to the three additional levels of your holiday home.

To start your holiday feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: Upon your arrival, the beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bathrobe, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 35 euros per person (excluding children under 3 years old). For good health: For hygienic reasons, the linen packages are mandatory when booking.
We would also like to inform you: A spa tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this fee with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.
